Spencer Walther
Spencer Walther grew up in the Alaskan outdoors. He first fell in love with books after his father read him The Hobbit when he was eight years old. Since then, he’s been a voracious fantasy consumer. He decided in middle school that he was going to write books and has stubbornly held to that conviction ever since.
After studying English and Creative Writing, he spent half a year in Puyo, Ecuador volunteering at Yanacocha Animal Rescue. There he worked with all manner of animals who live in the Amazon Rainforest, from owl monkeys to ocelots to caimans. He now lives in a small town in Japan, with his shiba being his primary distraction from his writing.
