Micha Böttiger, AKA Hankthemoose is a writer, linguist and erstwhile landscaper turned author who lives in a sleepy village in southern Germany with his wife, son, and two very good cats. He’s been a voracious fantasy reader all his life, devouring the classics, light popcorn fantasy, progression and niche works without discrimination, and taking inspiration from all of them.

After a decade spent as a freelance copywriter, producing soul-crushing corporate drivel designed primarily for the consumption of Google’s search algorithm, Micha finally made the leap to fiction writing while working a day job as a gardener. His stories seek to incorporate the more mundane struggles of the human experience into a traditional fantasy setting.
